LIFE Senior Services contacted People-Trak HR Software in their search for an HRIS that would help them track multiple employee information. They have many licenses and certifications, and also needed to track multiple medical exam renewals.
They really liked People-Trak’s alert feature to automatically remind them when renewal time came around. They needed to track applicants and needed People-Trak’s Career Center so applicants could apply for open positions from their own website.
Employee/Manager Self Service was also on their list of requirements.
