People of Color Network (PCN)
People of Color Network is an administrative and management organization designed to promote services through collaboration. PCN is the focal point for information regarding the well-being of the minority community in Maricopa County and the state of Arizona.
Since its inception in 2000, People of Color Network (PCN) adopted three operating principles:
–Provide quality, culturally, and linguistically appropriate services to consumers.
–Become a force in Maricopa County and Arizona through strong advocacy for people of color communities.
–Strengthen partner agencies through collaboration.
When People of Color Network first visited People-Trak’s website looking for HR software, they were happy to see our pricing listed on our website. Being a non-profit organization they needed to find an HRIS solution that would fit within their budget and still have the functionality that was important to their company.
Tracking Time & Attendance using a point system was high on their list of requirements. Initially they thought they would have to purchase an additional “clock-in and out” time piece separately. With the purchase of People-Trak’s Employee/Manager Self -Service (ESS/MSS), they can use the online time sheet for not only tracking hours off, but also tracking hours worked. People-Trak’s fully integrated report writer allows them to easily report on hours based on point in time.
